The story.
I began my career at Crown Equipment Corporation, designing lift truck illustrations and parts manuals — a foundation that taught me precision and clarity. Over time, that evolved into designing digital experiences for enterprise systems, leading AI-enabled software initiatives at IBM, and shaping e-commerce strategy and product innovation focused on measurable ROI.
At IBM, I served as a Senior Product Design Leader within IBM Studios Columbus, guiding a global team of researchers, UX, content, and visual designers. Together, we built one of IBM’s largest omni-channel products, powered by AI technology and used by top retail brands worldwide.
Earlier, I led design for IBM’s blockchain and B2B supply chain solutions, supporting EDI integration across partner ecosystems. For more than a decade, I’ve led global teams to deliver human-centered, research-driven experiences that connect people, technology, and business outcomes.

For fun.
No two days are the same in my family. One day we are on a hike in a woods, another day we are working on art + woodworking projects, and in the fall you’ll typically find us at a football field or cross-country course.
We enjoy marvel movie marathons and Catan, but my fav is family dinner. We always make time for it. It’s not always at the time we’d like to eat, but we make it work.
If you asked me what I do for fun, it’s family dinner. I love hearing how everyone’s day went (the good + the bad) and all the commentary, laughter and if I’m honest (even a little banter) between all the personalities at the table. I also LOVE to travel.
