I am passionate about implementing a way to measure outcomes on my team—to do this, I led a design ops initiative to streamline our deliverables with project management tools and design processes while working lock-step with our cross functional teams for roadmap planning. But also in driving user outcomes to feed product outcomes with Design Thinking
I provide strategic direction for navigation, and the value of repeatable patterns and scalable interactions to my design team and ensure that our Design System and Product Model and Design Operations are applied.
